Associate

Diana's practice focuses primarily on bankruptcy and commercial law.  She works closely with her clients through their legal challenges to obtain the best outcome possible.

Before joining us, Diana worked for a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee, gaining extensive experience in the bankruptcy process, litigation arising from bankruptcy such as fraudulent transfers, preference payments and avoidance actions, and asset protection.

Outside of the office, Diana participates in multiple pro bono and advocacy opportunities which giver her  experience in working with clients closely, especially those unfamiliar with the legal processes. She has translated that experience into representing her clients diligently and helping them navigate through their legal matters with confidence.
