Associate

Bianca's practice focuses on business and commercial law, with an emphasis on corporate transactions, contract negotiation, and outside general counsel services. She brings over a decade of legal experience supporting innovative and fast-growing businesses across a range of industries.

Before joining the firm, Bianca served as in-house counsel to a global financial services company and a national technology provider.  She has negotiated a wide range of complex commercial agreements, including licensing, data services, sponsorships, and master service contracts. She also advised on regulatory compliance, data privacy, and implemented systems to streamline contract workflows. 

Bianca is well-versed in privacy and data protection issues, including compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other domestic privacy frameworks. She regularly counsels clients on entity formation, corporate governance, and day-to-day business operations. With a practical, solutions-driven approach, Bianca helps clients meet their strategic goals while managing legal risk.

She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. In her free time, Bianca enjoys mentoring, teaching dance, community engagement, and helping make the law more accessible and relevant to modern business and everyday life.
